Excellent Customer Service and Support! We bought our new Modular from Country Living Modular (Columbus) and placed it on our Ranch Property. Jessica Eder was our Sales Rep and she took us and showed us the various levels and differences between a Mobile vs Modular. While the Modular was more in price, we are loving our decision! Great Job to Paul, Claudia and Morgan (our Project Advisor) we got everything purchased, delivered and finished (by a crew of 7 Expert-Level Tradesmen from Franklin USA that came down from Tyler, Texas) to finish out the entire install and built out all in 101 Days! Driving back from Houston…this beautiful White House they have on the front caught my eye. so I drove into the place and right way I was greeted with a nice cold drink 😊. The owners some of the nicest people I’ve met. They were very helpful and very dedicated. My wife and I loved the homes, which were beautiful. We got introduced to Ashley that is one of their sales consultant, And I have to say she’s awesome and very professional. So if you’re looking for your dream home or even your little getaway cabin you need to stop here and check them out!

Really enjoyed the visit. The owner Mrs Claudia and her husband made us feel like family and personally took the time to show us around and answer all our questions. We also were helped out by Mrs. Ashley Cardenas who was very helpful and very welcoming, she is very knowledgeable and can definitely help you with your dream home.
