Meet Claudia Villatoro, the inspiring President and Director of Operations at Country Living Modular Homes. Claudia’s journey began in Guatemala, where she was raised in a close-knit family with her parents and siblings, imbued with strong values of care, community, and compassion. These principles, instilled from a young age, have profoundly shaped her professional ethos and leadership style. After moving to the USA to chase the American Dream, Claudia quickly became a US citizen and continued her education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish from TLU in Seguin. This achievement fulfilled a heartfelt promise to her parents, demonstrating her deep commitment to family and personal goals.

Claudia initially pursued a medical career but soon discovered her true passion lay elsewhere. In 2012, she entered the housing industry, where she found her calling in helping families achieve homeownership—a milestone they often thought unattainable.

Her dedication to serving each client with the same warmth and respect as family
quickly made her a beloved figure in the industry. By 2012, Claudia’s role as a sales manager in Schulenburg, Texas, solidified her desire to lead and innovate in the housing market. This realization led to her pioneering role at Country Living Modular Homes, where she started on July 1, 2022. Under her guidance, the company champions the family values of trust, integrity, and service, ensuring every family feels at home with us.
